Here it goes… My first blog post! This is me. My name is Natalie Ozzimo and I love my life here on the Central Coast! I am a makeup artist, makeup consultant, hair stylist and mom of three! I grew up in a little old house in the Village of Arroyo Grande and after living in San Luis Obispo, spending a brief winter in Park City, UT, returning back to SLO and attending school in Ventura, I’m happy to call the Central Coast my home.
My career as a makeup artist began in cosmetic sales and has evolved to serving brides, high school seniors, and women in the San Luis Obispo County area with makeup application and consulting. In cosmetics sales I was able to refine my skills in personal consultations, presenting products and lessons and basic makeup application. Realizing how much I enjoyed the art of applying makeup I decided to pursue a career in makeup artistry and attend the makeup program at Lu Ross Academy of Cosmetology. There I learned different makeup tips and techniques, tried different products and gained experience working on multiple photo-shoots. I continue to research current beauty trends and techniques to stay current and further my expertise.
Now, I am happy to continue bringing my makeup services to people on the Central Coast. My favorite part of doing what I do is pampering my clients and making them look and feel beautiful. I love to educate women on what colors and makeup techniques work for them. I can accommodate brides, bridal parties and family members of the bride, group makeup classes, and senior portrait, engagement, boudoir, professional head-shot makeup application and hair-styling. I offer false lashes, water resistant makeup and airbrush foundation upon request.
