This year has been such a great year for Bellizzimo Beauty expanding into mentorship and makeup education. Starting this year off with two personal mentorships then moving into an early summer mentorship has been an exciting way to grow the educational side of Bellizzimo Beauty, preparing for our master makeup course this Fall. Part of this summer mentorship is beauty blogging with Keira. Keira is a talented writer that loves beauty and Bellizzimo Beauty is so excited to have her guest blogging this summer. Meet Keira!
Hi, my name is Keira Brooks and I am a 12-year-old girl headed into the seventh grade. For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed all things beauty from fashion to makeup to skin care. I have always enjoyed writing, so I decided to combine my two passions to become a beauty blogger and write on some very fun topics in the beauty world. My hope is to gain as much experience in this area with an ultimate goal of becoming a make-up artist and blogger. Until then, I spend my free time baking, cooking, sketching, shopping, and hanging out with friends. I am also very involved in archery and competitive swimming. When I’m not in the water or school, I’m doing something with make-up or clothing. I really like doing my mom’s makeup and giving my friends total makeovers whenever I get the chance. It’s great practice and lots of fun! Moving forward, I hope that blogging will open the door to more challenging things in the beauty industry, setting the path for my future.
